Great experience from beginning to end. We did a siding remodel and saved up for multiple years to get it done, so we were nervous about the process. Bob (the owner) responded to my online inquiry right away and met to go over the project and provide a quote. He helped us with the design process and recommended what would look good based on his experience. The price was fair and the project was green lit. The workers are very professional and polite. They left the worksite clean and safe at the end of every day. Before the end of the project the owner did more than 1 walk through to make sure everything was done up to his standards and made sure everything was 100%. There was no surprises with billing at the end of the project because there was continual communication during the entire process. We love the end result, everything is as good or better than we envisioned. As someone who has had more than a few bad experiences with contractors doing shoddy work, this was the exception. When I wrote the final check I thought “these guys earned every penny”.

Bob and Next Level did an outstanding job siding the addition on our house. We had a couple hiccups trying to get the product we picked out to match the preexisting siding on our house. The guys didnt even bat an eye about it. They worked their magic and it all came together seamlessly. Their attention to detail and professionalism was beyond what i expected. Bob and his team are amazing! He is one of the best contractors I have worked with over the years. From the very beginning he was onsite, assessing our needs, had a quote established quickly, ensured other contractors were not over selling or over charging me, and provided other contacts for lower price high quality work. Once the work started, it was done with precision, outstanding communication, and professional capability. His entire team were kind, considerate, hard working, got to site early, and left late. His team would ask us if we had preferences on their implementation and offered tips and suggestions on how to save money for potential ‘future projects.’ It is people like Bob and his outstanding team that make me grateful to live in Kalispell.
