Bob and Next Level did a fantastic job residing our house. Their bid came in at a really reasonable rate, the crew was great and communication was good. We did have some delays, but that had to do with issues discovered once we removed the existing siding, and having to replace windows. Next Level did all the replacements, ordered new windows for us and installed, and made sure to do it all within a reworked budget that worked for us. Would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their siding.

We really hit the jackpot finding Bob and his crew! From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable and just wonderful to work with. Bob was communicative and went out of his way to answer every question I had, provide samples, a timely estimate, and even took me out to look at houses they had completed to get ideas for our remodel. Next Level Exteriors is a truly good company to hire for exterior work. Bob Sullivan and his team completely transformed our older home, which is what we were looking for. We could not be more pleased with the process and the results. We had our entire house resided, our roof re-engineered and replaced plus new and old windows re-trimmed to match. At every step it was very clear that the team from NLE cared about doing things right and making sure every thing would look and work as promised. Our old house threw some real problems at these guys and they solved every issue, every time with zero drama. It is hard to overstate how much it felt like they cared about the job they were doing and how committed they were to doing everything at a high level. Bob and his team are amazing! He is one of the best contractors I have worked with over the years. From the very beginning he was onsite, assessing our needs, had a quote established quickly, ensured other contractors were not over selling or over charging me, and provided other contacts for lower price high quality work. Once the work started, it was done with precision, outstanding communication, and professional capability. His entire team were kind, considerate, hard working, got to site early, and left late. His team would ask us if we had preferences on their implementation and offered tips and suggestions on how to save money for potential ‘future projects.’ It is people like Bob and his outstanding team that make me grateful to live in Kalispell. Bob and Next Level did an outstanding job siding the addition on our house. We had a couple hiccups trying to get the product we picked out to match the preexisting siding on our house. Great experience from beginning to end. We did a siding remodel and saved up for multiple years to get it done, so we were nervous about the process. Bob (the owner) responded to my online inquiry right away and met to go over the project and provide a quote. He helped us with the design process and recommended what would look good based on his experience. The price was fair and the project was green lit. The workers are very professional and polite. They left the worksite clean and safe at the end of every day. Before the end of the project the owner did more than 1 walk through to make sure everything was done up to his standards and made sure everything was 100%. There was no surprises with billing at the end of the project because there was continual communication during the entire process. We love the end result, everything is as good or better than we envisioned. As someone who has had more than a few bad experiences with contractors doing shoddy work, this was the exception. When I wrote the final check I thought “these guys earned every penny”.
