Great experience from beginning to end. We did a siding remodel and saved up for multiple years to get it done, so we were nervous about the process. Bob (the owner) responded to my online inquiry right away and met to go over the project and provide a quote. He helped us with the design process and recommended what would look good based on his experience. The price was fair and the project was green lit. The workers are very professional and polite. They left the worksite clean and safe at the end of every day. Before the end of the project the owner did more than 1 walk through to make sure everything was done up to his standards and made sure everything was 100%. There was no surprises with billing at the end of the project because there was continual communication during the entire process. We love the end result, everything is as good or better than we envisioned. As someone who has had more than a few bad experiences with contractors doing shoddy work, this was the exception. When I wrote the final check I thought “these guys earned every penny”.
We recently had Bob Sullivan and his team install LP siding and Versetta stone on our home. Joe and Austin did a fabulous job - they treated our home as though it was their own. We were impressed with their hard work and professionalism! Our siding looks amazing and we are more than satisfied with Next Level Exteriors! We highly recommend Bob Sullivan and his team!
